Toyota teases GR Supra Performance Line Concept TRD
The TRD concept appears to add a large rear wing and front lip spoiler.
Toyota has released the first teaser sketch for the GR Supra Performance Line Concept TRD.
The outline sketch appears to show a prominent rear wing, flared wheel arches, and a front splitter.
It is unclear if the concept features more power than the Supra's standard 335 horsepower and 365 pound-feet of torque. Eventually, Toyota may offer a variant that narrows the gap with the BMW Z4 M40i, which boasts 382 horsepower and 369 pound-feet of torque.
Toyota has not indicated any plans to put the concept into production. It could simply serve as a showcase for TRD-branded accessories.
Full details will be announced on February 9 at the Osaka Automesse.
