Tesla aims to reveal pickup in November
Production will follow the Model Y.
Tesla is apparently just two months away from revealing its all-electric pickup.
The company has only shown a few teasers, including a sketch of a massive truck adapted from the company's semi and another zoomed-in rendering of a light bar that meshes with CEO Elon Musk's vision for a 'Blade Runner' aesthetic.
The executive confirmed on Twitter than the pickup will "most likely" debut in November, leaving the exact timing unclear.
Following behind the important high-volume Model Y, the pickup will be engaging one of the most popular vehicle segments in the US market. The current pickup king, Ford, hopes to have its own battery powered F-150 in showrooms by 2021.
