Nissan shows 370Z Project Clubsport 23 for SEMAby Justin King
The one-off show car's 3.7-liter engine has been swapped for Nissan's latest 3.0-liter twin-turbo V6 with 400 horsepower.
Nissan has revealed the 370Z Project Clubsport 23, a one-off show car for SEMA.
The company describes the Clubsport as an ongoing parts development platform that can be duplicated by owners using OEM accessories or aftermarket parts.
The most significant upgrade ditches the older 370Z Nismo's 3.7-liter VQ37VHR engine in favor of a new 3.0-liter VR30DDTT twin-turbo V6 with 400 horsepower.
Complementing the additional power, the car also benefits from changes to its suspension, steering, braking and cooling systems. A full roll cage has been added for the track, while a Gloss Burnt Orange body wrap helps draw attention from the outside.
The 370Z Project Clubsport 23 will be on display starting tomorrow at the Los Vegas Convention Center.
